We purchased a washer and dryer from Holthaus a few years ago and were super happy with the service we received.
Our oven quit working on Sunday and remembering our pleasant experience with Holthaus, we didn't even shop around for the 'best deal' as we knew we were going to purchase our new stove from them.
We arrived at the store on Monday and received a friendly greeting from Gina. She helped guide us through the process of purchasing the stove, and like a kid in a candy store, I think, why not purchase a refrigerator as well. Gina had such patience with me and my back and forth of choosing what to purchase. She provided me with as much information as I needed.
After returning home and doing a little research with the information provided to me, I had a few follow up questions, well, to be honest, more than a few, and called back to the store several times. They were friendly and informative each time!
By Monday afternoon, I had made my decision and called back to purchase the items with delivery scheduled for Wednesday! They not only delivered the new appliances, but they also took the old appliances away.
Let me say this, if you need a new appliance, don't bother shopping around, go to Holthaus for your appliance needs. They truly are the best place around!
